The undersigned grants TechniGraphics Printing Specialties unlimited copyrights for reproduction of the photographic or digital image being supplied to TechniGraphics Printing Specialties by it's customer for the exclusive purpose of production of offset photo lithographic or electronically printed products produced by TechniGraphics Printing Specialties with the following restriction. No unaltered photographic or electronic, ie computer digital file, reproduction may be made from the original for the exclusive purpose of generating photographic prints, inter negatives, or transparencies to be sold to anyone other then TechniGraphics Printing Specialties. This release is limited to reproduction for products sold by TechniGraphics Printing Specialties. All photographic or digital reproductions, such as transparencies or computer image files, of the original of sufficient image resolution to reproduce the original must remain the property of TechniGraphics Printing Specialties and may not be sold by TechniGraphics Printing Specialties without the written permission of the copyright owner. If an original, or reproduction quality negative, transparency or digital electronic file is provided directly to TechniGraphics Printing Specialties by the copyright owner it is understood that the original cannot be surrendered to anyone other then the original copyright owner unless permission is granted by the copyright owner in writing.

Limited to the restrictions as detailed above, TechniGraphics Printing Specialties is granted unlimited copyrights for reproduction of the copyright protected property of:

* Declared value is for shipping insurance purposes only and must be supported by documentation of value such as invoice, receipt etc. in order to secure insurance coverage in the event of loss during shipping. Cost for additional insurance coverage will be added to cost of shipping charges in final billing. Documentation of value need only be supplied to the carrier in the event of loss by the carrier. Technigraphics Printing Specialties cannot provide insurance protection for supplied materials while in TechniGraphics Printing Specialties possession and assumes no liability for loss or replacement in kind or value of artwork, fine art, photo or electronic art, images or text supplied to TechniGraphics Printing Specialties by it's customers or their agents. Customers, or those providing materials for reproduction to TechniGraphics Printing Specialties for it's customers are advised to send reproduction quality photo or electronic duplicates when the original is of significant value. If no value is declared insurance coverage is limited to that normally provided by the carrier at no additional cost.
